Police Investigating Reports of Clowns in Vans Chasing Students

Like a story straight out of a Stephen King novel. Tonbridge, England has reports of clowns in vans chasing down students. Kent police have issued a warning for students to go straight home from school due to the number of suspicious incidents that have occurred.
